Black Hammock

As society becomes more complex and diverse, many people feel isolated and without the power to control many aspects of their lives. The Rural Heritage Center was established to partner with individuals and organizations to promote and preserve the rural way of life and re-establish a relationship with the land through the combining of resources, the exchange of ideas, and the education of our youth.

The following organizations and groups have similar goals to the RHC and have contributed in many ways to the rural character of eastern Seminole County. They also have all given time and/or money to help establish the Rural Heritage Center. If your organization or group would like to be an RHC partner in some way, contact Partnering is of mutual benefit to everyone.
